Brown Smokey Makeup Look

This time I wanted to create something very wearable, warm and eye-catching, cause let’s be serious – smokey eyes always look stunning πŸ™‚ For this makeup look I used only Morphe Brushes Eye shadow palette 35P, mixing brown colors together + a little bit of black. I think it looks very nice and will definitely look good on you too, cause brown color is the best for any eye-color.

Quick explanation of how to achieve such eye look: use light orange color as your transition color, then apply light warm brown color all over the lid and in the crease. Then use a bit darker brown and start to apply that along the upper lashline and bring it a little bit upwards and then the same with black eye shadow. Basically – try to create a transition from dark brown to light brown. Smoke out the lower lashline pretty low, cause it will make your eyes look more smokey. In case it is hard to understand the application process, let me know if you would like to see a short cut video’s of how I achieve it and I will try to do my best.

On my face I mixed Revlon Colorstay foundation + Inglot HD Foundation. This mix is pretty awesome and it stays all day. I haven’t noticed any oil peaking through, so for combination/oily skin such foundation mix is great! Another option for foundation mix is Mac Studio Fix fluid with either Inlogt HD foundation or Loreal Infallible 24h Matte foundation. Some time ago I was afraid to mix some foundations together, cause I thought – how can you know the right proportion? But in reality, once you try that, you will get that immediately πŸ™‚ So in case you have full coverage foundation that is lighter than your skin tone and lightweight foundation that is darker – MIX them πŸ™‚ It is always better to try out all different options, then wasting your money for new one, cause keep in mind – all makeup products has their own expiration date. We can see that a lot of YouTube stars are purchasing a lot of different foundations + they receive a lot from brands. Normally you don’t need such amount. You will simply throw them out. They are doing that cause it’s their job – to promote, to advertise, to try and review πŸ™‚

I hope you enjoyed this makeup look and see you in my next post! πŸ˜‰ But, while it’s coming you can check out my portfolio where you can see my latest work in a photo shoot. Have a nice weekend guys! πŸ˜‰
